Description
Mindfulness-Inspired Art Workshops
Creative wellbeing sessions for ethnic minority communities, unpaid parents and carers, and survivors of domestic violence.
Take time to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through creativity, mindfulness, and community.
These monthly mindfulness-inspired art workshops are designed to support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and encourage self-care through gentle creative practice. The sessions combine mindful art activities with opportunities to explore colour, texture, nature-based materials, and upcycling techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment.
This is not a traditional art class. There is no pressure to create perfect artwork or have previous experience. Instead, the focus is on the process of creating, being present, and using art as a tool for relaxation, reflection, and wellbeing.
