Our mindfulness art workshops blend simple creative activities with guided mindfulness to reduce stress, improve self-esteem, and support emotional wellbeing.
These sessions create a safe, welcoming space where participants can:
✨ Release stress and anxiety
✨ Build confidence and self-esteem
✨ Feel calm, grounded and connected
✨ Use creativity as a tool for self-care

Our Vision
To create safe, inclusive spaces where creativity and mindfulness are used as tools for connection, self-worth, and wellbeing. Many of the participant we support experience social isolation, cultural stigma around mental health, financial constraints, or limited access to arts provisions. Our core purpose is to remove those barriers by delivering affordable, culturally-sensitive art and mindfulness workshops within trusted community settings.
Our Mission
Through hands-on creative practice, mindfulness, and peer connection, participants build confidence, express their identities, and strengthen their sense of belonging. We are primarily set up to widen access to arts participation as a pathway to wellbeing, empowerment, and community cohesion.

Why Mindfulness and Art
Mindfulness Inspired Art was created in response to a growing need for accessible, creative mental health support – especially for people to come together in an inclusive space and who may not feel comfortable in traditional therapy settings and by providing this preventative measure we are also taking the pressure off NHS services.
Our approach is:
- Mindfulness and Art – both therapeutic
- Gentle and inclusive

- Rooted in lived experience
We believe that small moments of creativity can create powerful shifts in wellbeing.
